Short visit from Nana and Papa and Bouncing...

Nana and Papa stopped by for a while last weekend on their way back to Michigan from Florida. Levi was very excited about having them at church with us and getting to play with them!

For a while, Clara Kate would just sit in the jumpster and seemed like she didn't really care to jump at all which was SO different from Levi who would jump non-stop from the day we put him in there, but now she has decided she likes to jump too!

7 months today...

Clara Kate is 7 months today! She is happy about that as you can see. :) She is also happy to be feeling a little better today. She didn't get strep like her dad had, but she definitely got something but seems to be improving. Levi is hard at work as usual. Today he was cleaning the kitchen sink VERY thoroughly with a toothbrush. He is always working, and it is really handy when he is working where is helps me! :) Clara Kate tried banana the other day and as you can see in the last picture was not so sure about it! It might have been because she wasn't feeling well but we'll see!

Fun with Brady...

Levi's friend Brady has been staying with us this week while his parents go to Mexico. The boys are having lots of fun. We are doing a daily muffin party which they are helping me mix in one picture and making valentines for their school party tomorrow in one and then just eatting side by side in the other.

Ok, this is an example of what Clara Kate's life is like with big brother levi. He loves to make her laugh and often has her cracking up but of course, that is so hard to get on video because they see the camera and are instantly done with what they are doing and wanting to look at it! Oh well!

Brother sister time...

It seems like we have a TON of pictures with them cuddling and their heads together. It is just one of the levi's favorite things to do with this sister.

Cereal...

Alright, Clara Kate officially had her first taste of baby cereal this week. She loved it and even kept a lot of it in her mouth! (Even though you can see the mess she still made. :)) I have been procrastinating starting cereal because it is so much easier not to have to worry about "making" food for her, but it is time. Levi thinks it is wonderful that she has baby cereal to eat and wants to feed her ALL the time!

Fun Days...

Levi and Clara Kate got to see their Nana and Papa from Michigan this week on their way to Florida. As you can see, they had lots of fun. The middle picture is just an example of the games levi likes to play with Clara Kate. In this picture, Levi made a cake out of those plastic containers which are usually his bowling pins, but in this case made a nice tall birthday cake. He sang Happy Birthday to Clara Kate lots of time! She definitely enjoys the attention!
