Christmas school parties

The kids enjoyed their Christmas parties.   Clara Kate even got some special gluten free food!  She was quite excited!  Her class is pretty hilarious and she quietly observes them all happily. :)  Levi's class did lots of crafts but was much calmer!

Christmas program and getting ready for Daddy's bday!

 These are just some Christmas picture tries and silliness.  This is how Ollie thinks it looks nice to pose for his picture! :)

The kids had a little Christmas program at church last night where they sang a song and Levi got to do some acting too.  

Clara Kate and Ollie sang together.  You can kind of see them peeking through behind the girl with the plaid dress in the middle with their sheep and cow hats on! :)  They both went up there and actually sang and did some motions!

 

 Levi got to be a shepherd.  (I could only get one of where he was waiting to go on the stage because once he was up there, there was an angel right in front of him! ) 

And then helping to make a cake for Daddy's birthday today!

Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas

The kids are enjoying holiday crafts, tree decorating, fires, and lots of Christmas music!

Thanksgiving day

We all enjoyed a low key day of thanksgiving together.  The kids seemed so grown up and thoughtful saying what they were thankful for before our meal.   We are truly blessed! 
We got to go to church, eat a big meal and jump in leaves!  We even had a post meal dance party too! 
We sang "I'm gonna eat on thanksgiving day" by laurie berkner a lot throughout the day and just enjoyed the day together.

Some forts and colors...

 Nothing too crazy going on around here...just forts and coloring and homework and fun and laughing and playing (and of course some yelling and screaming  but who wants to know that, right? Let's just pretend that all the kids play perfectly together ALL the time and listen to their parents respectfully EVERY time! :)



Levi took pity here on Ollie trying so hard to make his "fort" so he decided to help him. Yes, he wins the best big brother award multiple times

 Clara Kate colors almost every day!  She loves to color!!!

 And archery is still a theme around here since cousin Daniel's bday party. And since we were making cousin Henry his quiver for his arrows for his birthday, that leads to the kids wanting to play it more too. Yes he is missing one of his front teeth!  I love the cute awkwardness of missing front teeth!
