Clara Kate is 2!

Here is Ck ready to enjoy her gluten free cookie ice cream sandwich cake. She doesn't get to enjoy the sweets we all have that often, so she was very excited to have a cookie that she could eat too and ice cream, her favorite, made it even better!


Here is Ck ready to go party with Grandma for her birthday morning. She and levi had a great time at playworld downunder!

Here she is opening her new dishes from Gma and Gpa to use in her kitchen from us-pictured above. We have been working on this dresser to kitchen conversion for a couple weeks now. Levi has LOVED having a project to work on and they are both loving making lots of good food together!

Fun with Gma!

Here are some pictures of fun Levi and Ck had yesturday with Gma at the aquarium while Ollie and I rested. Levi likes to talk about names for the new baby penguin for the contest but most of them are pretty random but he thinks his ideas are hilarious! They really enjoy playing in the water outside the aquarium too as you can see. Not surprising with such hot weather!

Ollie is three weeks!

Here is our little three week old. He had his first bath, which for obvious reasons could not be photographed with both older sibs trying to help and me needing to hold onto the little guy, but we got one when he was done! He is staying awake a lot more during the day now so we get to see those big blue eyes. I can't tell yet if they are going to stay blue or change. They aren't going to be a true blue I don't think, probably a mixture of blueish greenish hazel like the other two kiddos. We are trying to wear all the newborn clothes before he outgrows them because as you can see in the second picture, he is growing fast-look at that little belly!

Cow Day!

Here are the calves on Cow Day for their free food at chick fil a! Sorry for all of you Northerners who don't get to celebrate this fun holiday! Levi was very into getting his costume ready cutting out his spots and mask and signs. Clara wasn't going to dress up since she can't eat the meal there anyways, but she wanted spots like levi too so there she is. Ollie is also dressed head to toe along with his mom! I had to scan the picture they took of all of us with the chick fil a cow so you can kind of see Ollie but it isn't as clear. I should have gotten a better picture of him in his cow costume, but he was tucked in the Moby Wrap most of them time. We got about $20 in free food out of this so it was worth it! :)

Brothers

As you can see, Levi LOVES being a big brother again, especially to a little brother! He can not WAIT till he can play with him! He holds him all the time. Both kids have been singing to him, "wake time, wake time, it's Ollie Jake time!" to keep him awake during the day. He still sleeps a lot but is staying awake a little more each day which they love!

July 4 Fun!

Here is our 4th of July fun at Grandma and Grandpa's house. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool while Ollie enjoyed sleeping as usual! At least he was dressed with patriotic colors to celebrate the day since he slept through most of it!

Oliver and those crazy sibs!

Oliver was one week old on Tuesday and here is a picture of him waving to everyone on his one week birthday.

As you can see, Oliver has been very busy in his sleep. His brother wanted to throw him a getting born party complete with games and presents he wrapped up in blankets (his own toys to share) and balloons and cupcakes (thanks to the leftovers from Grandma's birthday party!)
He also likes to hold his little brother all the time and does a great job! You can see his proud look in that picture. Clara Kate doesn't ask to hold him but does like to talk to him ALL the time. It sounds like this, "Hi Ollie, Hi", "Hi buddy", "you sleeping now, Ollie" and it continues over and over and over again!

And these last two are how they ride these days. Levi takes Clara Kate EVERYWHERE around the house on his truck. He is her personal driver. He takes her to bed, to meals, to pretend trips like Michigan this morning. She loves it and even brings her purse. The other picture shows how CK likes to imitate everything her big bro does, even when he has an ice pack on his leg for his bee sting, she needs one too!
