Trick or Treat!

One transformer....

One bunny....

And one tired pumpkin.....

went to the mall to go trick or treating! They also went around the neighborhood here and had a blast. They always love the mall though because they get to see lots of other kids in their costumes. Clara Kate said on the way home when she was looking in her candy bag, "They gave me a LOT of wheat in here!" :) She traded with Levi though to get the Gluten free things he had! Overall, a fun halloween. We even got home early enough that Levi got to hand out some candy to other kids too! :)

And VERY importantly to Clara Kate, a blankie getting some much needed repairs by Nana! She is very happy not to have big holes in her blankie now! :) Thank you, Nana!

Fun had all around with lots of walks to the park and just good time with Nana and Papa! See you at Christmas, Nana and Papa and thanks for all the fun!!

Another party on saturday for a supper, cake with cousins and gma and gpa.

Levi is 6!!!

Levi is 6! We can't believe that 6 years ago today we became parents for the first time! Levi is SO excited for his campout birthday party!! AND he got the day off of school for his birthday. It just happened to be an inservice day for teachers so he got the day off. He shared his birthdaytreat with his class yseturday though so that worked out well!

Here are the campers in front of their tent!! They slept in one side and craig slept in another side with a screen room inbetween.

First thing, they went on their hike, armed with their 7 in 1 survival tool and trail mix! What more could you need in the woods, right?

Then back to camp to cook their dinner, Hobo pies over the fire, smores for dessert....

And some games in the dark! Some football with flashlight end zones and board/card games....

And the next day, they enjoyed their donut breakfast and more football and baseball in the yard!

Preparing for the big day...

This is Levi making his cake and us starting to set up camp to get ready for the big campout birthday party! He was SOOOO excited to have his cousins Henry and Simon camp out in the backyard with him for his birthday party!! And he picked a football cake again for his cake again with m&m players again like last year! He enjoyed sorting out the players and deciding who plays where! Ck and Ollie really enjoyed the camp setup too!
