Yes apparently life goes on after baseball season is all said and done. Levi's team actually did quite well in the world series and went out with a tough game only loosing by 2. And now, we have TIME again! Yeah for enjoying summer!
Here is Levi being the good big brother that he is, carrying Ollie up the hill at Grandma's house when he was too tired to climb up himself.
Then we have what we have REALLY been doing....are you ready because this is VERY exciting....

We got the most amazing blender in the whole entire world for birthday presents for all us summer birthday people that are gluten free. I have been researching them for quite a while, trying to decide what would help up save time and money on the flours and stuff for gluten free baking but also make it easier to make some of this stuff and this was the best thing by far! It does grind grains, but OH it does SO MUCH MORE! :)
As you can see the kids were pumped! We had been tracking the package online to know it's arrival and looking at recipes we wanted to make when it did come, so the kids were very pumped to see it finally arrive. The UPS driver loved our enthusiasm when she pulled up!
Ok, so what did we make....
Well the first day...watermelon liquados, berry slushes, chocolate ice cream, blender brownies, and peanut butter smoothies for breakfast the next morning
Then,,,,corn cashew chowder, peach banana berry smoothies, salsa, tortilla soup, blueberry ice cream and snow cones with strawberry syrup, almond milk, fruit mouse.....
Oh my so MUCH more! All that to say, we love it and are having lots of fun coming up with new things to try. We are getting ready to make something GREAT next week for Clara's birthday!!
